A note about the Canada Post strike
As of Thursday, September 25, Canada Post workers are on strike.
At this time, we are shipping most Canadian domestic packages by UPS at no additional cost until the situation stabilizes.
Shipments to remote locations and international shipments will incur additional costs: private courier rates are prohibitively higher outside of major centres, a handy reminder of why Canada Post is an important national service.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We support the Canadian Union of Postal Workers in this strike action, which has been taken in response to plans by Government of Canada and the Canada Post Corporation to cease door to door delivery and to close rural post offices.
